Hello
My Fitbit charge hr was purchased a month ago. It synced for the first week but had lots of trouble to get it to sync. Now it's no longer showing up on my phones bluetooth and syncing at all since the 22nd of August. Tried a reset and logging in and out of the app. Both did not help.
I have a Samsung S8 if that matters? Any suggestions?

Thanks for sharing the steps that you have already tried.
It is possible that the Bluetooth connection was corrupted in some way, let's try to restart it from scratch. Remove your Charge HR from your phone's paired Bluetooth devices and then run the setup as if it was a brand new device. That should definitely help in getting everything to work again.

It's not even showing up on my bluetooth though.

In that case, skip that step and run the set up process on the Fitbit app as if it was a brand new device. That should do the trick.

Thanks for giving it a shot and letting me know it didn't work. Must be frustrating.
There is one more thing I'd like to recommend. Let's try going through the steps listed in here. Some of them you have probably already tried but lets give them a shot in order nonetheless. Keep me posted on how it goes.

My Fitbit Charge 2 is not syncing with my phone either since Aug 30. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but it won't show up on my Bluetooth scan. Is there a way to turn off the actual Fitbit and turn it back on to reboot it?

Please try to follow the steps in this help article as they should help in getting your Charge 2 to sync again. As for turning it off, you can manually restart your Fitbit. That should also help in getting it to work.
