I Google how to fix I have done resets and also factory reset. The Versa and my Samsung 9 plus will not work correctly after 7 months.

Best AnswerMy Fitbit versa is losing time. Can't sinc red circle keeps spinning nothing happens. I reset it to factory setting it held time for awhile then started losing time again it is actually 5:46 but my versa says 5:42. What is the FIX for this problem???

Mine eventually quit all together when I was on the phone with support. Mine was under warranty so they replaced it. My advice is to call support and have them help.

Best AnswerI got a fitbit versa for christmas last year as a gift. After 6 months it started losing time by hours. I would reset and the same problem. I coughed up $159 and bought a fitbit versa lite. Now its losing time. Whats wrong with these things? They only work for 6 months?
