Mine eventually quit all together when I was on the phone with support. Mine was under warranty so they replaced it. My advice is to call support and have them help.

I also called support and went through the whole process a couple of times
to no avail. Just would not sync no matter what we did. Needless to say
they requested and sent another Fitbit to me which is my third one in less
than a year. One more time and I’m going to give up. When it is working I
love it.

I got a fitbit versa for christmas last year as a gift. After 6 months it started losing time by hours. I would reset and the same problem. I coughed up $159 and bought a fitbit versa lite. Now its losing time. Whats wrong with these things? They only work for 6 months?

Hi.

I had to call support. They shipped a replacement in August. Now, i am
having issues with the replacement.
It has a 1-year warranty. So call support and ask for a replacement.
But i agree, they constantly have issues!

I am on my third and last replacement Fitbit. So far it has been working. You need to have them send you a replacement.

It took me 3 times with replacements. So far this one is still working however they did not give me a choice in colors. Mine is not a Versa lite just a Versa.

Mine is a versa2. I had to get it replaced. The replacement stopped working
after 2 months. It only shows calories burned, the touch screen stopped
working so i can't log a work out, set up alarms, check steps, heartrate,
etc..
They are garbage.
