I cannot get my fitbit to sync with Myfitnesspal.  Its shows connected, but nothing happens.   I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times.

Help.

@QBZeta Hi and Welcome - I am no expert at this so I will apologise if I am talking twaddle - have you connected to Fitbit via the MyFitnessPal app

Can you confirm that you have followed the process correctly to reset the connection between MFP and your Fitbit account. By going to My applications on your online Dashboard settings and clicking on Revoke Access on the apps you'd like to reset their connection. (keep in mind that this can only be done using a computer)

After revoking the access, link the apps once again. To link MFP:

  1. Log into MyFitnessPal and click Apps.
  2. In the App Gallery, find Fitbit and click Connect.
  3. Click Allow to give MyFitnessPal access to your Fitbit data.
  4. Follow the instructions provided.

If this doesn't work, you may have to get in contact with MFP customer service to check if they are experiencing some issue and that is why it is not working. you are most probably aware they do not operate a phone service so you will have to email them

another option would be to contact Fitbit Customer Support to see if they have any suggestions the phone number will appear once the office is open (usually 0800 - 1900 Mon-Fri and 1000 - 1700 weekends in the UK)

This is for the UK but should you need to change country scroll to the bottom and look for United Kingdom with a down arrow next to it and click on the arrow now you can select your relevant country and the page will refresh

let us know how you get on

Kind Regards
