Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems that the screenshot wasn't attached correctly into your post, reason why I'm unable to move forward with this situation and better assist you. Hi @bennfit, well I don't know about @RicardoFitbit but I can see that the display of your interval training is reversed from the app settings. Rest time displayed as move, move time displayed as rest. I think this has been reported in other threads and only on the charge 3. Don't think I ever saw a resolution for it.

Have you had a look through the charge 3 forum? Perhaps there is something in there about this or someone who can help.
