I will gladly assist you with your Fitbit app. Please start by restarting your phone then try logging back in. Also check the apps permissions on your phone (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and that no battery saver profile is affecting the Fitbit app. Finally make sure the app is up to date on your phone.
