24 hrs later and still no data on my Samsung phone app. Tried updating, re-starting, re-booting, switched everything on and off again and again. Nothing. Any idea to help?

At this moment our Fitbit app is not under maintenance.

Thank you for your reply. I'm happy to announce it's working again. De-installed the whole lot, left my mobile switched off until next day. Installed everything and all the info is back now.

I currently have the same issue. Its happened before if I've mistyped my password but I've checked multiple times over several days and it still happens. I can log into website with same details.
If I reinstall app, will I lose all my data?
This is nit good. I need the info when I work out.
