Fitbit app log in, gray screen and missing data issues

I can log into the website from my desktop, so I know my login and password are correct, but I'm unable to log into the fitbit app.  I have: force quit the app, cleared cache, restated phone, reopened app.  No luck.  Others have said that uninstalling the app and reinstalling it solved the issue, however this did not work for me either.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My android app is not working. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled, and now it will not let me log in to my fitbit account. The error message says "fitbit.com is unavailable." the same thing is happening when I try to log in to the windows app.

I have been having tons of issues with my Fitbit Inspire 2 losing Sync with the APP.....but now the APP itself will not open on my phone.  I noticed many of the info tiles going blank and the steps info being off, so I tried logging out and then back into the APP.  I could not get in....says APP is unavailable.   I next tried uninstalling and reinstalling the APP....same message.  I tried going to live chat to report the issue through my laptop (info on dashboard on my laptop is also off).....but I get a loop saying this path is currently unavailable.   What gives?  Is anyone else having this issue, or is this yet another manifestation of the plague of issues related to my misfunctioning Fitbit?  BTW....this Fitbit is less than one month old and has had issues from day one.

Glad it's not just me. I just upgraded to a newer tracker and was worried I did something wrong.

Just started having issues within the last hour or so with my Versa 3

 

Glad im not the only one.

 

Have tweeted at fitbit support, so we'll see how that goes.

My app will open but doesn't show any data. Just blank. Buy when I click on the icons, it will show up with the data on the next screen. Must be a Fitbit glitch. Hope they fix it soon.

Yep, started happening to me too in the past hour. Multiple icons are grayed out. Force-quitting and restarting the app doesn't fix it. Hopefully they're working on a fix. Seems like every couple of days there's something different going sideways with the trackers or the app!

Can log in on fitbit.com and see the dashboard... but the app isn't working at all. I even went as far as removing the app and reinstaling it. Still not working

me too. I just bought the luxe and nothing is working. i dont even get to see how it works 😞

I have this as well on my app. It sounds like Fitbit is having some issues right now, I imagine it will come back online soon and your app should work again.
