I have had Versa for 3 yrs. The app has always opened to view exercise, heart rate etc. Now, after receiving replacement Versa 2 weeks ago, the app fails to open. It was fine last week, but now have to disable app and reload for it to open. Using Samsung phone.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which specific Samsung mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.

I've been having kind of the same issue. My android Fitbit App won't show today's walk or sleep. The app recently got updated too. Kind of annoying when at first, it was lightning fast for syncing. Now, I have to wait almost all day. I've tried force stopping the app, rebooting the phone, taking it off bluetooth then putting bluetooth back on....nothing. It seems with every app update, I have issues with it syncing with my Charge 2.

have updated itself !

I'll be dumping my Android Fitbit app. I shouldn't have to wait all day for it to sync, keep rebooting my phone, turning bluetooth on and off, uninstall/reinstall the app, just to get my dang steps and sleep recorded. It's been going on for way too many months, and every update to the app I get, which seems to be every 3 days, makes it slower and slower to sync. Today, I have rebooted my phone 5 times, same with bluetooth, and refresh the page....LOL....joke because it never refreshes. It has taken all the fun out of it, I don't get the feeling of pride anymore, nor progress. If anything, it adds problems to my already stressful days. See ya, Fitbit Android App
