  • Hi when I try to log in it says no Internet connection on my Samsung galaxy tablet, but there is I can log in to emails and every other app, tried unistalling, reinstall and turning WiFi on and off.

Hi @chrispaton - see No internet connection sometimes the Fitbit App needs a direct connection whereas other functions don't. It also may work with either of wifi or mobile data, so try each separately if it is something else.
