Just got a Charge 3. I've had several fitbits before. While in the Fitbit app, I go to connect so I can sync and pair. When prompted to pick which fitbit (Charge 3), it takes me back to the previous account page. I've tried selecting many other devices to see if the same thing would happen (those would take me to where I agree with terms and I would set up device). Only the Charge 3 takes me back to account page without directing me back to account set up. I have an Android. I've tried turning off and on blue tooth, making sure no other fitbits were nearby or paired and restarting phone while double checking to see if device charged, all multiple times. I'm now out of ideas.

Thanks for taking the time to share those details on the matter and for listing the steps that you have tried.
In this case I'd like to recommend is that you go into your phone's Bluetooth settings. There, look for any Fitbit devices that might show up as paired to your phone's Bluetooth and remove all of them. After you do that, restart your Fitbit and then run the set up process once more.
Please also let me know what phone is it that you are using. That could shed some light into what is going on.
