Initially my fitbit battery got discharged.. hence I charged it and then tried to connect it to my phone.. it got connected via Bluetooth but the date time was not syncing with me phone.. when I tried syncing it.. it would come as a pop up unable to sync.. despite having a proper WiFi connectivity! I unpaired my fitbit device and tried pairing it all over again.. now it isn't pairing with my phone at all.. it gets stuck up at the stage where it says your tracker found post that it says retry with the above options.. when I retry rectifying the above mentioned troubleshoot problems the same thing pops up again .. retry ! please help

Hi there @shweblaze, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community and my apologies for the late response. I'm wondering how it goes, is the issue still persisting? Were you able to pair your tracker with your Pixel 2?
