Welcome to the Community @Raul1975. If your Blaze display is frozen, I recommend Restarting your tracker and put it to charge. At the moment of plugging the tracker into the cradle you will be to see a big battery icon but if you tap it again the battery icon will appear in the upper left corner.

I have out my fitbit blaze in to charge but nothing happens. All I have on the front is the fitbit logo. I have tried restarting it bu the logo just flashes. there are no green lights on the back. My app also cannot find the fitbit.
