My Fitbit charge 3 won't turn on and won't charge. I have tried using a different charger and have been using it with several different reliable wall chargers, and have also tried to charge via a laptop usb port. I have tried all the reset options that I have found on this community forum and none have worked. What can I do at this point?

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 3 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The only thing I could add is that you clean the contacts and follow these additional suggestions. Still I created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
