It seems that the android mobile app is not working... Fitbit.com is down for maintenance once again.
Tried syncing and no luck...just kept getting this message. I will not be logging out of the app since once you do you can't log back until the issues are resolved.
Please advise when the app will be operational once again.
Between the syncing issues, notification issues and the app going down due to issues this is getting old.
Contacted support and they are working on the issues but have no idea when this will be fixed. Advised to check later tonight or tomorrow morning. 🙄🤦🤷

Hi everyone-
We're aware of an issue beginning around 3:15 PM Pacific on 10/7 that caused some users to be unable to access portions of the mobile app and fitbit.com.
At this time, the issue should be resolved. Thanks for your patience and reports.

When I sync my Fitbit versa 1 in the app it says Fitbit.com undergoing maintenance. Anyone else getting this message?

I did contact Fitbit support and they know there's issues but can't provide an ETA of when it will operational.
Didn't we just go through this not that long ago? Ugh

There was an earlier post regarding this issue.
I'm still getting the message that Fitbit.com is down for maintenance.
Will this issue be fixed tonight or do we have to wait until tomorrow to see the mobile app working properly again?
We would appreciate a response on this issue.

Everything seems to be working well again this morning. Both the mobile app and the internet dashboard.

I've been having problems with my app since Sunday. I uninstalled it this morning and installed the updated app v3.7 and everything seems to be working fine now.

Uninstall it and install v3.7 available in app store. I did this morning and it's back up and running like normal now.
