I'm having the same problem and so is everyone in the 3 challenges that I'm in this week!

Best Answer

No one in my various challenges are able to update, either. Super annoying.

Having the same issue .  Tried logging off & on again but didn't help.

mine isnt syncing my challenge either.  some on reddit got in touch with customer care and was told they are aware of the issue but "may not be able to fix it in the immediate future."  I have been waiting a yr for an o2 sensor, so I might be dead before they fix this. lmao.  i never updated bc of all the bs i heard about it.

Also having this. I've force quit the app, restarted my phone and it's still not updating the challenge

Same here! Glad to know I'm not alone!

Myself and all those in our ongoing various challenges are experiencing the same problem (for about 6 hours now). So annoying!

My tracker updates fitbit app, but app does not carryover to Workweek Hustle, although there is a notification that I made my step goal.

Same. Same same. Uugghhh!

same issue

Best Answer

Same!  I never used to have Fitbit problems but the last few months that is all I have.

Im having the same problem. Some of my friends have been quitting the challenge and then getting reinvited just for thier numbers to update. Which means you gotta quit over and over. And each reinvite updates. Im not doing that. Everytime you quit its more riskier of not bieng able to get reinvited. And doing that to all challenges is absurd.

Interested in knowing more about this issue. When will it be fixed?

Best Answer

Same here. Made my goal steps, but step count wasn't adjusted. Says i haven't synced for 12 hrs now.

Best Answer

Yep, verified...if you quit and get reinvited it DOES update your steps. Blah. SO silly.

My challenge group's have finally started to update for us - got one person that hasn't yet but over the last 2 hours everyone else's totals have slowly been updating

Hello guys! It's a pleasure for me to provide assistance with the inconvenience experienced with your Fitbit accounts, my apologies for the delay in responding your posts. Welcome to the Community Forums @Techguy19 @SunsetRunner @fatguyskinnywal @Ahartford @Simplyshanleeh @Tarrie @JK34 @SunsetRunner @SoblotneK @Lisa12 @sk96821 @Dven @SunsetRunner @SunsetRunner @Youfollowilead. Also, it's nice to see @SunsetRunner and @Wildroverx3 participating again, welcome back.

Seems odd that the steps that are being synced with your Fitbit accounts are not being transferred to your challenges. The effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting is appreciated.

Let me share with you guys that manually logged steps will not be counted in challenges. At this time, only steps from your Fitbit device or MobileTrack count towards a challenge. That means manually logged activities and activities tracked through any third-party apps aren't included in your challenge total, therefore, this could be the reason why some of the steps are not being shown on your challenges.

What's really important to note is that Challenges begin and end in the challenge creator's timezone. If you are in a different timezone than the creator, you may see a difference in steps on your challenge leader board and dashboard. You can find out more information about challenges and how they work by clicking here. Also, please try the following steps on your Android devices:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app
  6. Try again

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
