Fitbit App won't start, getting 'Fitbit keeps stopping' error every time.
Have Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e running Android 9
Have tried clearing App cache.
Have tried clearing system cache partition.
Uninstalling and re-installing works only temporarily.
Am I left with just a dumb watch?

Hi @AulEejit, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your device before posting.  To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Even though you already tried some of the above steps, please try them one more time because the actual order is really important and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
