After repeated attempts at restarting my phone, versa, and reinstalling app, my fitbit will not synch to my phone since Wednesday Aug 7th. Please help!

I guess you got Android 9 on your phone that day. Right?

Having same issues with my Fitbit Charge. Steps will not sync.
I have reset my Fitbit, update my Android phone and still nothing.

Hi Community! I am having the same issue. Activity, sleep, miles, and floors are all syncing - but steps and calories are not. When I log into my dashboard on my PC steps have been synced. Any insight as to why steps are not syncing on the App?
Note, I have restarted my phone, force closed the app, and turned off/on my blue tooth. The app appears to "sync" but I still show 0 steps.

Please check your web dashboard. All data should be displayed there. If so that means android app is broken so we have to wait until Fitbit fix the bug.

With some many ppl having issues and using different devices, both as in Fitbit and phones/tablets etc.; IMO has to has some thing an upgrade issue.
But I am not a tech person.

I totally agree with this problem.. I have an android s7or 8 and have so many problems. It will sink my number but won't update my total on the dashboard that I have with my friends
Very upset.
