Hi.. I have a Samsung 7. Suddenly my fitbit has stopped syncing. I have already done the following:
1. Restarted fitbit
2. Uninstall and reinstalled app
3. Restarted Bluetooth few times
4. Restarted phone.
4. I have deleted the device off the app but now it cant pick it up to add Alta to the app again. Bluetooth picks up device. But app doesn't pick up Alta.
Extremely frustrating! Please assist asap.

Hello @Hayz84, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! Thank you for sharing the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far.
Have you check the following requirements?
- Power Saving Mode is turned off on your device. This mode frequently causes the device to disable Bluetooth.
- (Version 6.0+ only) You have location services turned on and the Fitbit app has permission to access your location
- Also make sure there are no other Bluetooth source near of your tracker that could be interfering with pairing your tracker.
If the issue persists, are you able to pair your tracker using a computer? You can set up and sync your tracker on your Windows 10 PC using the same Fitbit app available for Windows mobile devices.
To get the app, click the Start button and open the Windows Store (called Store). Search for “Fitbit app.” Note that if you’ve never downloaded an app from the store to your computer, you’ll be prompted to create an account. Disregard of this step and proceed to log in and pair your tracker again.
Otherwise try the suggestion from the following post and keep me posted how it goes.
Hope this helps!
