Fitbit not syncing to the app

My Charge 4 stopped syncing 24 hour ago. I have been using fitbits since 2016. I am very familiar with how to fix syncing issues. I have turned Bluetooth off and on, restarted phone, restarted tracker. Nothing worked.  I checked my wives fitbit and hers has also stopped syncing. I checked my friends on the app and their steps are also not increasing, so is this a wide spread problem?

They don't want to acknowledge it, but it is widespread indeed, for more than a month. Not everyone coming here, but if you read reviews at Google Play, you'll see how bad it is.

Same issue, it doesnt sync. I have been using Fitbit for years and no issues until recently. I tried to disable and set it up but it just says it's working on it and nothing

Same on my Charge 2. Last sync 4:39am. No amount of resetting or reconfiguring or whatever will fix it. Getting tired of things breaking after updates and such.

Still not finding the charge 3 and connecting after turning off Bluetooth
and following directions. I'm running off a moto g 7 Android version 10.
No other updates available.

My charge 4 hasn't been syncing since the update. I have tried numerous things all non successful. I turned off bluetooth turned phone off then on. Now charge 4 will not pair. I'm really frustrated. Does anyone know how to fix these issues. They are wide spread. I even uninstalled a bunch of apps so my phone would function better. Help..

Yeah I'm waiting for next steps since doing the recommendation to reset
didn't work. My Fitbit is recognized on my Bluetooth but won't connect.

I have tried twice following the instructions provided. It gives me the
code to sync but nothing happens, like it times out. What is your
recommendation now?
