My Charge 4 stopped syncing 24 hour ago. I have been using fitbits since 2016. I am very familiar with how to fix syncing issues. I have turned Bluetooth off and on, restarted phone, restarted tracker. Nothing worked. I checked my wives fitbit and hers has also stopped syncing. I checked my friends on the app and their steps are also not increasing, so is this a wide spread problem?

Best AnswerMy charge 4 hasn't been syncing since the update. I have tried numerous things all non successful. I turned off bluetooth turned phone off then on. Now charge 4 will not pair. I'm really frustrated. Does anyone know how to fix these issues. They are wide spread. I even uninstalled a bunch of apps so my phone would function better. Help..
