My fitbit versa watch screen has just got the Fitbit logo showing and isn't responding. Was working fine yesterday and then today nothing? Anyone else had this problem? How can I fix it?
They didn't do anything offer me 25% off another one. I'm done with them mines only lasted a year. I should of bought an apple one. I get they try there customers better.
Hi. I've emailed them direct and they have offered either a replacement of the same watch or 50% of an upgrade. So quiet happy with that. Have you had any joy?
