I've tried resetting Bluetooth, repairing the device nothing works. The test notification comes through but message notifications don't work.

+1 to this. It's always been wonky - requiring a re-boot of the watch every couple weeks or so to get it working again, but the usual fixes aren't working now. Any ideas?

Hi. My versa was doing the same. I have a samsung phone. Went to playstore and looked for fitbit for samsung. Uninstalled current app and replaced with samsung specific. It now works.
