Hello everyone. There was an issue in the last hour that prevent users from logging into the app or sync their devices. This issue was resolved by the team. If you are still having issues please either log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in to help resolve the issue you were having.

My fitbit logged me out of my android app about 3 or 4 days ago, and will not let me log back in. It keeps telling me that my password is incorrect, but when I finally give up and click on "forgot my password", nothing happens. I've tried countless times, and even tried my alternate emails to see if maybe I'm losing my mind (did not work). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which also did not work.
When I posted here, I got the option to log in through Facebook, which magically worked. But it will not give me that choice on the app.

My issues with the Oppo Reno & Versa Light, has been fixed with the latest app fitbit 3.0 ( version 20213406 ).

I've had the new dashboard for a couple of days now. Today I woke up, refreshed, and all the data was gone.
Steps, sleep tracker, calories, distance walked, all no longer display.
Cannot use edit to get them back. And I scroll back through passed days, and all the data from those days is gone too!
So far this new dashboard is very disappointing. If I can't see this information, why have a fit bit at all?

Me too. I can't login my fitbit using Andriod apps while using website I can login.

Seems to be an outage, I get fitbit.com unavailable when I try to log in to mine

Did this ever get resolved? I'm having the same problem and no amount of clearing data, caches, reinstalling, or restarting is helping.
It really sucks to finally be motivated again and instead of idly checking your heart rate and sleep you go in to start getting really intense and then you can't even log in.

I had to to into my apps, choose fitbit and force stop it. That corrected it.

Same here. And what's even more frustrating, fitbit app automatically logged me out in the middle of hike which I'm trying to log with connected GPS.

Galaxy Note 9. Also can log in from the app. Have cleared cache, data, restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, force stopped.

Okay so I joined the beta and now I can't see my steps, cant see hours slept, miles walked, none of the "circles" how do I add this back??
This new design is sleek but if removing the circles from the top is part of the new design you've taken away the reason I bought the product and honestly I'd seek a refund.

In my case i did manage to connect ONCE after that, what i did back then was connect to the app through wifi, then switching to 4g and trying to log, then switching back to wifi and trying to log in, and like that multiple times.
This only worked for a bit for me, then i had the same issue reappear.
Nobody at Fitbit was willing to help resolve this and i did have confirmation that they know the issue exists.
I have moved away from fitbit products since then.

This morning opened app and almost all my times from dashboard are gone. HR, steps, sleep all gone. If I click discover, they show added and show the data logged. But I can' get them back on main page. Tried rebooting and clearing cache. Afraid if I uninstall all data will be lost on phone, so holding off on that.

Same here. If you click discover and go to the sections you will find data is still there and being logged, just doesn't display.

Same here. If you click discover and then click on steps you will be able to see them as they are being logged and downloaded. It appears to be a bug introduced last night

I am having the same issue. I have tried restarting both phone and fitbit. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, forced stop and cleared cashe, change from wifi to mobile and vise versa. I even went as far as signing out of the app and now I can't even log in to the app. I have tried every possible suggestion to fix this and still can't.

Fitbit... what is going on mah dudes? Also I paid for the subscription 1 week ago and I STILL cant access "premium features" a little upsetting.
I know you are all human so I hope y'all aren't stressing to much but please get this app back on track!
