@Hotshot42, what are you using to download the app? For example, do you have an Android phone? If so, the Fitbit app is in the Google Play Store. Do you have an iPhone? If so, the app is in the iTunes app store. Or, do you a Windows 10 computer? It is in the Microsoft Store. So, it all depends....

@Hotshot42, I am not familiar with any Amazon phones. Open the phone's Settings -> Help and get the Make & Version of the phone, and the Operating System & Version.
