Phone: Moto G5 plus, Android 7.0
History: my first Flex2 worked fine untill I lost it. My second worked for a couple of months until it stopped vibrating. Tried all the troubleshooting without luck. Went to the store and got a third. After connecting and firmware update it wouldn't connect to the phone again. Got a fourth device, same thing happened. Couldn't connect to the phone, could connect to windows 10 computer. Removed it from Bluetooth devices etc and managed to connect to to Android app! Hurrah!
Problem: The silent alarms (wake up) works fine. But notifications when someone calls or texts are not being sent to Flex2. When I click "send a test notification" nothing happens.
I've checked the Android settings and they seemed correct.
What should I do?

Hello there @MimmiNor, I was reading your post and I'm sorry to read you have gone through all this hassle with your Fitbit Flex 2.
Something important to mention, is that the Moto G5 plus is not listed as compatible; which, doesn't mean it won't work. It is just some of the features are not optimized to work under the specification of this phone. Also, It will explain why you are having troubles with the notification option.
Nonetheless, regardless if your phone has not being tested to guarantee its functionality, it would not hurt to try the following suggestions: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
Give it a try and hope this helps.
