Have a fitbit flex had it nearly a year now and all of a sudden the app has stopped working?,just keeps saying its sycing but nothing comes up like steps or hours of sleep!ive fully charged the watch but still no luck-please help!

@Georgina1987 Thanks for joining the Fitbit Community! That is very strange! Do you see the step and sleep tiles on the app?
I recommend performing a restart on your Flex. Do this a couple of times. This should fix any tracking issues your tracker may have.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

Also try turning your phone off and back on after resetting your flex. I've had mine 1 1/2 years and it did that a month ago I reset it and two weeks later it did it again. I reset the flex and still didn't work so I restarted the phone and it worked. Fitbit has a customer service number and they can talk you thru it.
