My last update was yesterday around 1:20pm. Since then I've updated the app. Deleted and reinstalled my Fit bit app. Tried to delete and reconnect my my device but now it keeps saying can't find device which is fully charged. Now what? I have Samsung 7.0.

A couple of things to try:
- restart your phone
- restart your fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?

That doesn't sound good. There are a few more things to try in fitbit's troubleshooting guide at Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hopefully something in there will help. If not, then as it says at the end of the document, it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options
