Flinching my.fitbit

I just received a fitbit charge hr. I have a Samsung Galaxy android phone. I have downloaded the app but cannot get it to sync. When it tells me to press the button for 3 seconds and power it on, even though it is fully charged, it keeps turning off. Is there something I am missing?

Welcome to the Community @Kamsmom. Have you setup the tracker? If you haven't, that's the reason why it is not syncing. I recommend following the Setup Procedure directly from your Android phone.
