Welcome to the forums @joeybrown105
She holding a railing while walking up? I know if I hold a rail those flights of floors don't add up as quickly.

@joeybrown105 have your wife do a restart of her Blaze, it won't harm her stats.
Push in the left button and right lower button at the same time and hold it until the Fitbit logo pops up.
If that doesn't help, she'll want to get with customer support. They can see some of the inner workings from their end.

Hey, @joeybrown105! It is nice to see you aboard. Like our friend, @Odyssey13 suggested, please try to perform a restart by following these instructions:
- Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons.
Your tracker should start working normally now, if it doesn't Support is the best option!
Keep us posted!
