My charge 3 is not syncing to my galaxy 8 plus. Is worked fine for a couple of months. I've had to reset it a couple of times due to black screen. Got to looking today and it has not synced to my phone since December 20th.
Today I tried the following
Reset Fitbit - nothing
Turned on and off Bluetooth- nothing
Turned on and off settings - nothing
Cleared all data on a fit bit - nothing
Unpaired- took 4 hours to get it paired again
Finally, git it to sync at 8:09 pm, of course, I have no data.
Tried to get it to sync a minute ago - back to just a spinning sync symbol.
How can I fix this?
Why can't Fit bit make a fix for this issue?
Feeling annoyed, I don't have time to spend hours every day to see my stats.
Thanks for your help in advance.

@Tysthe1 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Please be aware that Android users are having issues syncing with Android 9 (Pie), you can check this thread to keep up to date with this.
Let me know how it goes!
