Hi @Tammyhalcomb415 thanks for your reply, welcome aboard. I'm happy to assist you with your Blaze.
First, let me appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. Let me share with you that the Samsung Galaxy A20 is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it. I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern.
Even though your mobile device is not compatible, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Blaze are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
If by any chance you're still unable to use your Fitbit with your mobile device, I suggest you to try with a compatible device or a computer instead.
I'll be here if you need anything else, please keep me posted.
Best AnswerNo offense but the versa 2 should be compatible with all android devices its dumb to be knit picky on which android device or even apple device it can sync to. Prob should start looking at updating that because those are older devices and people get new phones within there plans and they want to be able to sync their fitbits when they get a new phone you updated the versa so in all retrospect why wouldn't you think people wouldn't upgrade their phones or devices?
