I also.just have an older Charge that won't sync. When will they be compatible?
Moderator Edit: Subject for clarity
Best AnswerWhen will the ONE be compatible with the Galaxy S7? It appears you've been working on this issue for a long time. I don't want to change my workout device but there are others that are compatible with my phone and that's my primary synching device. It worked perfectly with my S5 and am so disappointed it doesn't work with my S7.
Thank you.

So what your saying is that a device I purchased and paid extra so that it can be portable and connect to my gps is not able to do its job. Imagine having to lug you computer around. Thank fully I just purchase it so I will be returning it and going for a Samsung S7 compatible device. Sadly it is a great device but for fitbit not to have this issue sorted even though Samsung S7 is one of the biggest selling mobiles on the market makes me worried about future mobile purchases.
