Get SMS notification but not calls notification

On my Blaze, I get SMS notification but dont get calls notification from my Samsung S6. For the first couple of days i got call notifications as well but then they stopped.

I have given the fitbit app all permission and even the receive notifications is on for this app. 

I have tried all possible combinations of notification setting on the advanced setting section of the app but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone faced this issue . Please help if anyone has a solution.
