Hi, I just got my fitbit versa 2 today. I use it with an Android version 10. I also made sure that I got the latest version fitbit app in my phone. Unfortunately, I am having the same issue that most of you had in the previous fitbit app version. I thought this has been resolved from the previous version. Like i said, i got the app updated. But i am having the notification service not running issue. I have to clear storage the app to make it work and to avoid that from happening i have to keep the app running in the background. Is that how it supposed to work? Please help. Thank you!

They haven't got back to me yet. I'm not sure if they will anytime soon. Can you help me instead?
