I have a Samsung j5 2016 and tried to download the fit bit app again after it wouldn't work. It says device is not compatible?? Any help as I'm not sure why as it's always worked before?! Thanks
Update: Hi I've been having problems for months with my charge 3 not syncing to my phone & not recording things properly on the watch. I deleted the app & went to Google play to download the fit bit app again to my Samsung J5 2016 phone. It said that my device isn't compatible, anyone else had this?? I've never seen this before!!
