This has just been incredibly frustrating.
I have downloaded the app- which gives me exactly two options. Sign in with Google, or sign in with Fitbit. If I choose Fit bit it wont allow me to make a new account only to sign in with an existing one. If I go to google it tells me to go back and sign in with fitbit to connect google.
I have managed to navigate myself here and technically make a profile (although it was hard to find how) but it DIDN'T ask me to make a password - and I can't find a way to change/edit one. And since the only sign in I can access want'ss me to put in an existing password I am left with no options.
This feels like fitbit ported it's services over with no thought about how a new user get's into the system.
Please can someone help?

You are correct that you did not create a password. However, you where asked to confirm your Google account, because you chose to login with your Google. Account.

I tried my goggle loggin incase that's what it was after - but that wasn't right. And as stated - i don't have a Fitbit account password, so I am still stuck.
Best AnswerYour first screen shot tells me that you dont have a google login with Fitbit. My thought is to try the forget your password found in the second screenshot.

Best AnswerWell somehow you are logged into this website, have you checked your password manager?
You may have to Contact Fitbit . I've run out of ideas and am not sure what way you created an account. I believe that creating an account through email may be disabled.
