HR tracking is on my Inspire HR, logged in and out, reinstalled app, heart rate showing on my inspire HR but no graph data. Gives message 'no measurements'

Thanks for bringing this up and trying those steps to try to get it to work.
In this case I'd recommend that you try clearing the app's cache to try to get it to work. It is possible that the information is not loading correctly because of the saved cache.

I am having the same problem with my Inspire HR. It is measuring my HR, and I can see my current HR on the app but when I click on the dashboard, it says 'no measurements'. I have tried unloading and reloading the app, restarting my phone, clearing the cache, setting all the permissions and it still isnt working! Any advice?

Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? In addition to that please let me know what phone is it that you are using, what app version and what Android version are you running.

I'm seeing no measurements for my heart rate after clearing the cache, forcing the app to stop,deleting and reinstalling the app, unpairing and repairing my inspire HR and giving the app all conceivable permissions. I have a Motorola phone and it says it's supported and I have the latest update. Any way someone could give me something else to try?

I'm also having the issue above. I've tried everything suggested and nothing is bringing up the graph. I'm on a galaxy s10 and installed the update, just got my fitbit inspire HR today
It wont let me upload a screenshot but it shows my HR on the tile on the 'homepage' but when i click into it its a white screen that says 'No Measurements'

On my Ionic I have just noticed 3 days of no RHR graphs even though manually added activity shows the HR activity. The Ionic shows the correct RHR for those days so it's just a plotting issue.
Ironically I have just updated to App 3.2, gave it a few syncs,

and now everything is normal and the RHR graphs are there.

Me too. Received my Inspire HR today and showing heartrate on the tracker but not on the app. If I click on the heart icon it says no measurements. I have a Huawei P20 Pro
