HR on app is not accurate

When checking fitbit app my BPM reads 81 but my charge 3 is reading normal bpm ie 59

Thanks for bringing this up. Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

It is very possible that at this particular time the HR on your Charge 3 was listed as 59 but in general you are relatively higher. My question in this case would be that if you go into the HR tile, it should show you information for every day. Does the information in there seem accurate?
