It's great to see you around @Bayness0 Actually, HTC 10 is not a compatible phone. I recommend checking our list of Compatible Mobile Devices for any update. In the meantime, you can sync with your computer or a compatible phone.

I know it is not compatible, hence asking when, or if, it will be.

That information hasn't been provided @Bayness0. As recommended, keep an eye in the list of Compatible Mobile Devices for any update.

I will just move away from fitbit. By the way 'happy stepping' to those of
us for whom your devices do not work is just running salt into the wound.
Best Answer
I agree. It's a serious issue if fitbit can't work with a leading phone such as HTC 10 and the tone of these support responses is pretty condescending.

Why HTC M8、M9 and HTC 10 can't use Mobile track function. 😞

Can it been fixed ?

Hi @Bshley

From the Fitbit Article (more information about mobile track in the article)

http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1875

'Beginning in mid-May 2016, we'll no longer provide support for the MobileTrack feature on HTC One M8 mobile devices. Recently, Google and HTC made some changes that prevents the MobileTrack feature from functioning properly in the Fitbit app for Android on the HTC One M8 device. The focus of our efforts moving forward will be to provide MobileTrack on a larger number of newer Android mobile devices.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We recommend using a Fitbit tracker to continue tracking your activity.'

Yes, I know that.

But my device is HTC 10 but not M8.

And Fibit didn't announce that they would not support HTC device in the future.

So I want to confirm if my HTC 10 can use Mobile Track function recently...

Thank you Mystique 🙂

@Bshley @SunsetRunner Currently, the only MobileTrack supported mobile devices are the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P devices. You can find out more information about the MobileTrack feature here.

Hey guys! @Bayness0 @TummyGub as @AlejandraFitbit it's a pitty that the HTC 10 is not a compatible device although it has all the requirements. I will ask people that could know this and I'll get back to you as soon as I know something.
