Why won't my fitbit sync with the app? I got a new fitbit in Monday and it has only synched 2 Times

Hey, @Nikkistone! Thanks for joining us! Hmmm...it might be that your App is not updated, please make sure that you are running the lates version of the App, we just released a new one last week. ( version 2.36)

I re-downloaded the app when i got my new fitbit
