It sucks that fitbit ignores consumer requests to make the M9 a compatible device. This is especially true when so many consumers use this phone I will change services before buying a compatible fitbit device. Almost like forcing consumers to buy a home phone.

Is this a robot posted scam response? The m9 is listed as a compatible
device but when you set up the app mobile track is not available. Hence,
the m9 is not compatible for tracking my daily activities.

Hi there @BjblehmRobot Happy

Your post does not mention anything about MobileTrack. That could be the reason why that wasn't explained to you. The HTC One M9 is compatible to sync and activate many other features. Unfortunately, MobileTrack is not one of them. Recently, Google and HTC made some changes that prevents the MobileTrack feature from functioning, the focus of our efforts moving forward will be to provide MobileTrack on a larger number of newer Android mobile devices.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We recommend using a Fitbit tracker to continue tracking your activity.

I already have a device. My phone. I should not need two devices and will
find a service other than fitbit.

sorry none of what you advised helped for some reason you have removed mobile track from all htc devices with the 2.25 update thus rendering your service now useless. well for me anyway. there are rwports that downgrading to the 2.24 version allows tracking to work again however i cannot choose mobile track from the devices list

Hi there @cprl-rst! I see there's a misunderstanding. However, as I have mentioned above Google and HTC made some changes that prevents the MobileTrack feature from functioning. Getting a previous version of the Fitibit app does not help since this feature wasn't disable from our end.

I hope this clarifies your inquiry.

Hi @SunsetRunner,

Sorry but you have been misinformed.

Steps

Please see above the Fitbit app was updated to 2.25 on May 16th on and my tracker was still counting steps on the web app on 25th of May a full 9 days after the update had been installed. But as said in my previous responses my steps were not captured by the app it's self.

So Again i put it to you that This is not a HTC Google Issue (as zero updates were pushed to my phone from either company) This is an issue On fitbits side of things.

Also Please not before you say look the 25th thats where my app must have pudated this would be incorrect as this is where i tried to uninstall and reinstall the app to an earlier version.
