@terminus new updates usually get rolled out gradually, so everyone doesn't always get them at the same time. I expect that you'll see the update soon.

@K0enig @terminus @BoutTime Thanks for the reply.

@K0enig Appreciate the screenshot. I could not find any information if this feature is region locked.

I would suggest you to try logging out of your account on the Fitbit app and then back in. Check again if the option appears. 3.70 started rolling out gradually. So not everyone has gotten the latest update. I have 3.69 and the "Health Connect" option is showing. When I update to 3.70 I will let you know if the option is still showing.

Have a nice day!

Hi and thanks for responding, but just to reiterate, Health Connect was not displaying when I was on 3.69. I updated in the hope that it would show up in 3.70.

I have cleared cache, cleared storage, logged out of my account and also completely deleted the app and redownloaded it. As of right now, the Health Connect option is still not showing on my phone. I'm beginning to think it is how the app works with my phone (OnePlus 7 pro running Android 12) as my wife has a Samsung 9+ and she didn't have to jump through hoops to get the option. Perhaps the app developers could test the app on a OnePlus.

I want to highlight what's going on in this feature suggestion where the mod has no clue about it and wrongly stop interesting requests.

Since it is impossible to pose a request on the subject over there here's mine:

- Is Fitbit going to support also the import of data or it is going only to proide export? For example it would be interesting to have Fitbit system to calculate a readiness score based on a session tracked with a different device. For example I like to use my Fitbit during the day but using a dedicated running watch for running sessions.

I would like to know this as well. When will Fitbit be able to read from health connect? Samsung health and Google fit can already write AND read.

@K0enig This is interesting indeed. It could be related to the smartphone as well. You know, there are plenty of Android devices variations. Meaning that not all of them are nor work the same way. I am on 3.70 now and the option is still showing. I would suggest you to wait for the option to show. I am pretty sure it will be showing eventually in all devices. It may be just a matter of time.

@Dopovo @V10S85  Thanks for reaching out regarding the connection with Health Connect. In my experience with Fitbit, the integration with other apps usually work only one way. Only some apps can import data into Fitbit. Information such as heart rate measurements and training data, are generally recorded by Fitbit. There is a way to get trainings synced into Fitbit. You have to use Strava. That is the only app I know, that lets users import trainings into Fitbit. However, I will review the internal information we have on this specific topic and let you know once I find out more about it. Thanks for your patience.

Have a nice day!

Dear @RodrigoMFitbit

regarding the import of sessions from Strava did you try by yourself or just read documentation that you have?

Because I tried several times (last time one hour ago) and I can't have it working.

Fitbit export to Strava works as expected.

@Dopovo Thanks for the reply. I actually have not tried this myself recently. I have not been working out lately, since I have an injury. I also have not used Strava for a while. What exactly did not work? The link between accounts? Or were you able to link them but the activities do not sync?

I suggest you try the steps outlined here:

Have a nice day!
