Hi everyone.
My heart rate monitor stopped working on Friday evening.
I've read all forums on this issue.
Clean the back.
Reset the watch. Shut it down.
Gone to settings switched heart rate off. Synced. Switched it back on.
Back and fourth.
So far nothing has gotten it working again.
Can anyone advise me on what to do next ?

- What Fitbit are you using?
- Does the HR sensor's lights turn on and you get no reading or do they not turn on?
