Heart Rate Monitor not working

Hi everyone. 

My heart rate monitor stopped working on Friday evening. 

I've read all forums on this issue. 

Clean the back. 

Reset the watch. Shut it down. 

Gone to settings switched heart rate off. Synced. Switched it back on. 

Back and fourth. 

So far nothing has gotten it working again. 

Can anyone advise me on what to do next ?

In this case I'd like to ask you some questions to better understand the situation and find the best way to move forward:

  • What Fitbit are you using?
  • Does the HR sensor's lights turn on and you get no reading or do they not turn on?

I am using a fitbit versa

No, the HR sensor's lights do not turn on.
