Heart Rate doesn't show on app

All of a sudden my heart rate won't show on the app. It use to keep track when I synched my Fitbit to the app, now nothing shows. Only on the actual Fitbit. Help!!

Hi there @JLSheets1104, welcome aboard to our Community. I wonder If this is only happening with your heart rate or is also happening with other stats? It might be a problem at the moment to sync. For this I recommend to take a look at this other post: Syncing troubleshoot for Android app.

 

If this is happening only with heart rate and is not updating in real-time, please Log out from the Fitbit app and restart your phone. Once your phone has loaded, log back in and give it another try.
