3 days ago my heart rate data stopped sinking to the app.
It tracks live when I do workouts and the workouts are properly sinking, but the actual heart rate information is not visible in my workouts or my daily heart rate stats.
I have a pixel 2 watch and pixel 9 phone running Android 16. Fitbit app is up to date (version 4.43.1)
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Cleared the cache. Cleared the data... Disconnected and reconnected my watch, restarted all of the hardware -- no change.
I installed Fitbit on my iPad and that is also not showing the heart rate data.
I've tried changing the time to 24-hour mode is this is a common hack that seems to solve this problem but that has not resolved the issue.
Heart rate tracking is a pretty big component of why I have a fitness tracker / smart watch. Would really appreciate any ideas on how to fix.
Thank you!

Hi @jengel02. I moved your post to the Android app forum, a better fit for your issue. You might get more help.
The App Gallery forum is for issues with apps or clock faces downloaded from the Fitbit App Gallery. No harm, no foul. 😉

Hello @jengel02
Did your troubleshooting include doing a factory data reset of your Pixel Watch?
If so, did you use a backup when you set up the watch? Did you use a backup from before you started seeing the problem?
You might try doing a factory data reset on your watch and not use a backup to see if that fixes the problem.
