For a few days now there has been no heart rate data registering during my mindfulness sessions. It used to show heart rate and the change from beginning to end, but now shows nothing. All it says is to wear my fitbit during the sessions. I am! It used to work, it's still showing heart rate data everywhere else, I have changed nothing. Any idea how to fix this?
Hi Silvia,
I have a charge Hr 4 device since à few weeks ago. Wearing my device all the time. My heart rate was never registered during mindfulness sessions. Otherwise it's measured all the time, the issue is only during mindfulness sessions.
I al using Android app.
Please let me know how to solve this ?
Thanks
Best AnswerI have a new Charge 5 and it does not track HR while doing a mindfulness session. I have followed the correct procedures, but it does not work. The HR will work while using the EDA function. My phone is an Android Google Pixel 4a 5G. Latest OS. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!
This absolutely did the trick for me! Thank you! I'm not sure why it won't show up initially, but all of my previous sessions now show the HR.

Best AnswerMine does the same...however if you click on the session (where it says no heart rate detected) it take you to the more info where there is a graph showing heart rate, then when I exit out of it the heart rate is now there.
Sorry I meant to add, it's when you go back to dashboard then click on the mindfulness session and click on each one that's logged it will show the heart rate.
Indeed, this seems to do the trick for my charge 5 on android too. Hope there will be a fix to show the values directly in the session anyway.

Hi. After you have recorder your mindfulness session and your heart rate doesn’t show when you touch the heart in Your journey. Go out of Mindfulness to the Today page and pull down on the screen to refresh the page. After the page syncs with your Fitbit charge 4, go back into mindfulness and Your Journey and again touch the heat icon and your Heart rate should show as a sort of graph. Then when you go back with the arrow at the top left, the reading should then display. Hope this helps. You can also do this with all the previous ones which are not currently showing.

Thanks for that tip! I have been searching all thru the Fitbit app trying to find a setting I might have missed, trying to figure out why my heart rate never appears after a mindfulness session. Your workaround helped. A quick internet search brought me here. Seeing that this has been an issue for over a year I assume it will not be fixed anytime soon? It certainly would be nice to see heart rate info right after completing a session.
