Hi,

I have had to change from the iPhone to the Samsung. My app is installed and connected but my dashboard isn't showing quite a few things, I don't have: steps, sleep, heart rate. I think that's all that I don't have. Can any one help me?

Try scrolling to the bottom of the dashboard on your phone, click on the red "Edit" button.

Find the tiles you are missing and click on the + sign to add the tiles (or - sign to get rid of them).  Then click the red "Done" box at the bottom.

Oh I've tried this but the tiles I want are missing. I'm wasn't sure if it was because I've gone from I phone to an android.

Those tiles should all be available on Android app also.  I just searched and found some people solved similar problem by deleting, then reinstalling, app on phone. Just make sure you remember your ID (email) and password. Do a sync right before to make sure no data gets lost - sync will get all data to master database and be there with user name.

Thank you for researching for me ☺ I've just done it and no such luck. I think I'll try and call them tomorrow.
