My fitbit HR is fully charged and i have done a reset. The problem is i let it sit on the bench for 24 hours and it keeps correct time, but as soon as i put it on my wrist it starts losing time. Within an hour i can lose 15 minutes and over a 6 hour period it lost 45 minutes.
Has anyone had the same issues or can help me please.

Hi @Di1964. I've not had that problem but I'd like to ask -- What is your Fitbit device paired to? And is the time on that correct? The time shown on your tracker should automatically match the mobile device or computer to which it is connected (paired).
If the time on the paired device is correct, then you should probably contact Support. Please let us know how this goes.
